"I came that they might have life and have it abundantly" (John 10:10). In Part III of the ECHO series, we learn that all God proposes to us through Christ and the Church in the moral life is given to us not to be a burden or to take away our freedom, but to give us fullness of human life and love. We will walk through each of the Ten Commandments to discover how these are not meant to be a list of burdensome rules, but ways for us to live an abundant life with God.
